Lei Styles Policies ​
By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all the policies of Lei Styles and Salon Eleven:11.
Health and Safety Policy: No extra people at this time.
Cancellation Policy: I require a 72hr cancellation notice, any cancellations not within 72hrs will be considered a no show and any deposit will be forfeit.
Tardiness Policy: I allow a 15 min grace period, after 15 min your appt is cancelled. If I can take you after 15min I will let you know.
Color Policy: You must be 100% honest about your previous color and hair care information.
Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds.
Children and Pets: We do not allow any pets at the salon unless they are a registered service animal. Kids under the age of 18 must have a parent present or signed waiver. Any children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by a parent and have a scheduled appointment to be in my chair.
