POLICIES

When booking an appointment you are agreeing to the following salon and client safety policies.

Health and Safety Policy: No extra people are allowed at this time. We are in a small space so no guests are allowed to come with you but there is cafes near by with wifi if guests are necessary. Please let me know if you're feeling sick, I am happy to reschedule you to another time. Let's keep each other healthy and happy.

 

Cancellation and Deposit Policy: $80 deposit is required for any color appointment, the deposit goes towards your appointment total. I accept Venmo or Zelle for deposits. The deposit is non refundable for any reason unless you cancel or reschedule 72hrs in advance. Any cancellations not within 72hrs will be considered a no show and any deposit will be forfeit. If cancellations, no shows, reschedules occurs multiple times a non-refundable deposit of $100 will be required for any future appointments. That deposit will go towards the total of your appointment.

 

Tardiness Policy: I allow a 15 min grace period, if I can take you after 15min I will let you know. If I cannot take you your appointment can be rescheduled. Multiple late appointments will be considered no shows and future appointments will require deposits.

 

Color Policy: You must be 100% honest about your previous color and hair care information. If a color appointment turns into a color correction appointment, I will charge according to my color correction rate. I am not responsible for any reactions on scalp, hair, or skin. "Re-do"'s are only permitted within 7 days after a color appointment, after that there will be a full service charge for any color adjustments. Im happy to do adjustments and love open communication but after one week at home care plays a huge roll in color results. I am not liable for any damage, discoloration, etc that happens once you leave the salon. It is the clients responsibility to properly care for their hair before and after any color appointments. 

 

Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your results, I always do my best to solve any issues. Any issues reported after 2 weeks will not be considered for "fixes" and you will be fully charged for any services performed.

 

Children and Pets: We do not allow any pets at the salon unless they are a registered service animal. Kids under the age of 18 must have a parent present or signed waiver. Any children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by a parent and have a scheduled appointment to be in my chair.

 

Privacy Policy:  All information shared with me is private. If you do not wish for your face to be in photos let me know. If I obtain verbal permission to take photos/videos you are also giving me permission to post these photos on social media platforms, websites, yelp etc.
